The Sandbox Foundation is a federal tax exempt organization under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3).\u00a0 Donors can deduct contributions they make under IRC Section 170.\u00a0 The foundation is also able to receive bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.\u00a0 This is a private foundation, within the meaning of Section 509(a).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
